Tranquil Wisdom Insight Meditation
TWIM meditation means samatha vipassanā jhāna in the origninal Pali language derived from the  Buddha discourses or suttas..Its purpose is to recognize and abandon stress, anxiety, sorrow, and suffering by developing of the Noble Eightfold Path resulting in transcendent awakening.

TWIM Practice 
The retreats and courses are led by experienced and trained teachers that provide Individual one-on-one guidance to optimize time and maximize progress. 
  1. Maintain ethical code of conduct (sīla) that helps steady the mind and relax the body in preparation for meditation.
  2. Apply effective practice skills "right effort" (the Six Rs methodology) to be the cornerstone for realization of the Noble Eightfold Path. 
  3. Cultivate of the stages of meditative understanding known as (jhanas) or levels of tranquility (samatha) and insight (vipassanā) knowledge along with four sublime conscious states of loving-kindness; compassion; altruistic joy; and equanimity of mind known as the heavenly abodes (Brahmaviharas) or degrees of benevolence. 
  4. Understand and develop sublime mental qualities leading to collectedness of attention (samādhi).  
  5. Experience the goal of complete relief (nirvāṇa) (nibbāna) from habitual stress reactions, hindrances, and suffering.
