Workshops

Picture
Workshops series is presented twice annually in San Francisco. The course is held on six consecutive weekday evening on a drop-in basis. Sessions include, instruction, group practice, coaching, and Q&A throughout. It is ideal for beginners and also addresses the needs of experienced meditators who wish to progress further in the stages of meditation.  Participants are encouraged to practice daily during the series for a minimum of ten minutes to more effectively cultivate greater degrees of happiness.

The content in each session is based on the authentic meditation techniques described in Buddha's discourses. Presentations blend instruction and interactive practice exercises.
